Randomized, controlled phase 1b trial characterizing safety, PK and PD of concomitant subcutaneous cagrilintide (amylin analogue) escalated 0.16 to 4.5 mg with semaglutide 2.4 mg once weekly over 20 weeks. Endpoints: tolerability, exposure, body-weight change.
