Does our name appear in the box?
No. Not on the label, not on the packing slip, not on the outer carton, and not in any email — because we never email your customer at all. Yours is the only brand on the package. Tracking comes back to you and you are the one who notifies them. As far as your buyer can tell, you shipped it.
Will you go around us and sell to our customers?
No, and it is contractual rather than a promise on a page. You send us a name and a delivery address so a parcel can be addressed; that is the only reason we hold it. Section 13 of the supply agreement makes Client Customer data your data, and bars us from marketing to your customers, from selling or disclosing the records, and from soliciting them for our own account — during the term and after it ends. We hold that data to fulfill your orders and for nothing else.

Questions
What is blind fulfillment?
The supplier ships directly to the end customer using the retailer's branding, with nothing in or on the package identifying the supplier. The customer's entire relationship stays with the retailer.
Do you contact my customers?
Never. We have no reason to and no mechanism for it. Tracking returns to you and you notify them.
Who owns the customer data I send you?
You do. Section 13 of the supply agreement states that Client Customer data is the Client's data as between the parties. We process it solely to fulfill and support your orders — never to market, never to sell or disclose, and never to solicit your customers for our own account, during the term or after it.
Do you compete with your own wholesale clients?
We sell direct under our own brand, and your account is walled off from it. The agreement bars us from soliciting your customers and includes reciprocal non-circumvention. It deliberately does not impose a non-compete on you — you are free to source elsewhere or sell anything you like.
Do I have to hold inventory?
Not unless you want the lower rate. Run it unstocked and we hold the stock and ship against your orders, which is what most accounts start on. Buy the inventory up front instead and we hold it under your name at a lower per-vial price — that is stocked fulfillment, and it has its own page. Either way you do no warehousing, no packing and no carrier accounts, and your customer receives an identical parcel.
How is shipping billed?
At discounted rates, invoiced monthly, rather than charged per parcel.
Can I switch to holding my own stock later?
Yes. Accounts move between fulfillment models — ship blank, ship labeled, we fulfill — as volume changes. Most operators who start here move to holding stock once reorder rates make it worth the warehousing.
What is on the Certificate of Analysis my customer receives?
Your brand name, against the same lot and the same independent third-party test data.
How does peptide dropshipping work, step by step?
You open an account and receive a written price sheet. Each time you make a sale you send us the order: the items, a name and a ship-to address. We pick and pack it in your branding, ship it, and send the tracking number back to you. Shipping is invoiced monthly.
What do I need to start dropshipping peptides?
A storefront or another way to take orders, a payment rail that will keep you, and label artwork if you want your brand on the vial. No warehouse, no packing station and no carrier accounts — the price sheet, the stock and the fulfillment sit on our side of the account.
Do you ship to customers outside the US?
No. Orders ship to US addresses only. A company based outside the United States can still use the account to fulfill orders for its US customers.
How do orders reach you?
Through the wholesale portal: one order at a time, or a CSV upload for a batch. Where your store already runs through ShipStation, orders can come across from it directly. Each order needs the items, a name and a ship-to address.
Are dropshipped peptides sold for research use only?
Yes. Every product we supply, including every order we blind-ship for you, is sold for laboratory research use only. It is not for human or veterinary use.
