What is blind fulfillment?

The supplier ships directly to the end customer using the retailer's branding, with nothing in or on the package identifying the supplier. The customer's entire relationship stays with the retailer.

Do you contact my customers?

Never. We have no reason to and no mechanism for it. Tracking returns to you and you notify them.

Do I have to hold inventory?

No. That is the difference between this and the labeled or blank supply models — here we hold the stock and ship against your orders.

How is shipping billed?

At discounted rates, invoiced monthly, rather than charged per parcel.

Can I switch to holding my own stock later?

Yes. Accounts move between fulfillment models — ship blank, ship labeled, we fulfill — as volume changes. Most operators who start here move to holding stock once reorder rates make it worth the warehousing.

What is on the Certificate of Analysis my customer receives?
