Your privacy
Only our review team sees your photos. We delete them once we decide — or 14 days after you upload if we haven't — normally within the hour, and keep only a note of the document type and our decision. Photos are stored privately — no one outside our review team can open them — and nothing from them is copied into your account.
How it combines
It applies automatically at checkout when you're signed in, on top of sale pricing. It can be smaller on a few deeply discounted orders, shipping isn't discounted, and it doesn't apply to wholesale accounts or to orders of only bacteriostatic water.
Questions
Who qualifies for the military & first responder discount?
Active duty service members, veterans, Reserve and National Guard members, military spouses, and serving first responders: state, local and tribal police, career and volunteer firefighters, EMTs and paramedics, and 911 dispatchers.
How do I verify?
Sign in, open the discount page in your account, choose your group and upload a photo of one accepted document with sensitive numbers covered. We review uploads within 2 business days. Once approved, the discount applies automatically — there is nothing to type.
Can I upload my military ID or a badge?
No. Federal law restricts copying military ID cards, badges and federal agency IDs, so we never accept them. Use one of the listed documents instead, such as a DD-214, an LES, a recent pay stub or a current certification.
Does it combine with sale pricing?
Yes. The 15% is applied on top of sale pricing and other offers, to your order after those discounts. On a few deeply discounted orders it can be smaller, and shipping isn't discounted.
How long does verification last?
For veterans it doesn't expire. For active duty, Reserve and Guard, military spouses and first responders it lasts 12 months, and you can upload a current document in the 30 days before it ends.
