The guarantee is the COA.
Every vial of every lot we ship is HPLC-verified by an independent, US-based third-party laboratory. The Certificate of Analysis is published per-lot at /coa, scannable from the QR code on the vial label.
The guarantee exists because a Certificate of Analysis is only worth what the supplier behind it is willing to stand on. If our number is wrong, the person who paid for the vial deserves to be made whole — and then some, for the inconvenience of having to verify in the first place.
We've never paid out on this guarantee. We expect that to stay true. If it doesn't, the payout is the floor of what we owe you, not the ceiling.
How we verify every lot
Made in the USA
Every peptide in our catalog is made in the USA, from active ingredient we source both domestically and internationally. Every supplier is vetted before a lot is accepted.
cGMP-certified finishing
Lyophilization and lot QC happen at a US manufacturing partner's cGMP-certified facility, in the same country we sell in.
Independent third-party HPLC
A separate US laboratory, independent of both Bench Grade and the synthesizer, verifies purity per lot. Their report is the COA we publish.
