Refund & Return Policy

Defective or damaged shipments
If a vial arrives broken, leaking, or labeled incorrectly, we replace it at our cost. Email admin@benchgradepeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the affected vial and your order number. Replacement ships from our US fulfillment center within 2 business days of confirmation.
Unopened items — 30-day return window
Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, minus original shipping. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility for non-defective returns. Open the request by emailing the address above with your order number; we’ll issue an RMA and the return address.
Opened or used research vials
Opened vials are not eligible for refund. A lot’s published Certificate of Analysis, on its product page, records identity and purity before the vial ships (QR-linked COAs on 36 of our 37 products) — if you have questions about a specific lot, the third-party HPLC chromatogram is published with its certificate.
Wrong item or missing items
If your order arrives incomplete or contains the wrong SKU, email us within 7 days. We’ll ship the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated, the order falls under the policies above. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an unshipped order.
