You buy the inventory. We warehouse it under your account and blind-ship each order in your packaging, and tracking comes back to you.
Once it is in your building, whose stock is it?
Yours. You bought it, it is booked to your account, and it is not allocated to another client or sold from our own storefront while it sits there. You can see the count in the portal and reorder against it. What you are buying from us at that point is warehousing and shipping, not the vials — you already own those.
Will you go around us and sell to our customers?
No, and it is contractual rather than a promise on a page. You send us a name and a delivery address so a parcel can be addressed; that is the only reason we hold it. Section 13 of the supply agreement makes Client Customer data your data, and bars us from marketing to your customers, from selling or disclosing the records, and from soliciting them for our own account — during the term and after it ends.

How it works
- 01Agree the price sheet
Tell us what you sell and roughly what volume you move. We come back with a written per-vial price sheet inside one business day. Stocked pricing sits below the ship-from-our-stock rate, because you are carrying the inventory rather than us.
- 02Buy the opening stock
Paid up front, against the agreed sheet. The opening order is set per account rather than published, because it depends on how many SKUs you carry and how fast they move. It is invoiced like any other purchase and the stock is booked to you on receipt.
- 03We receive and hold it
Counted in against the invoice, stored in our Florida facility and visible to you by SKU in the wholesale portal. Certificates of Analysis are reissued in your brand name against the same lot and the same independent third-party data.
- 04Send us orders
A name and a ship-to address per order, from your platform, your spreadsheet or your storefront integration. We draw against your stock rather than ours.
- 05We ship blind, tracking to you
Picked, packed and shipped in your packaging. Nothing in or on the parcel names us and we never contact your customer. You notify them. Shipping is invoiced at month end rather than per parcel.
Questions
How is this different from your dropshipping account?
Who owns the vials. On a dropshipping account we hold our own stock and ship against your orders, so you invest nothing and pay a higher per-vial rate. Here you buy the inventory up front, it is booked to your account, and the per-vial rate is lower because you are carrying it. The parcel your customer receives is identical either way.
What happens if my stock runs out mid-month?
The portal shows the count by SKU as it draws down, and low-stock signals surface before it becomes urgent so you can reorder against the same price sheet. If a line is exhausted before a reorder lands, the order is refused outright rather than quietly shipped from our own stock at a rate you never agreed to — and the refusal lists every short SKU at once, with what you asked for and what you hold, so you fix it in one pass instead of discovering shortfalls one resubmission at a time.
What happens to stock I have already paid for if I leave?
The inventory is prepaid and booked to your account rather than pooled into ours, so the balance is always attributable to you rather than absorbed into our own stock. What happens to that balance when an account winds down is set in your supply agreement rather than on this page, because it depends on the terms you signed — ask us for it in writing before you place an opening order, and we will put the answer in the agreement rather than in a sentence on a website. The agreement deliberately imposes no non-compete on you — you are free to source elsewhere or sell anything you like.
Whose name is on the Certificate of Analysis?
Yours. The certificate is reissued under your brand against the same lot and the same independent third-party test data, so the document your customer receives carries your name rather than ours while the underlying result is unchanged and verifiable.
Do you contact my customers?
Never. We have no reason to and no mechanism for it. Nothing in or on the parcel identifies us, we send your customer no email at all, and tracking returns to you so that you are the one who notifies them. As far as your buyer can tell, you shipped it.
Can I start unstocked and move to holding stock later?
Yes, and it is the sensible order if you are not sure of your reorder rates yet. Start on a dropshipping account where we carry the stock, then move to stocked fulfillment once the volume makes the lower per-vial rate worth the capital. Accounts move between fulfillment models as volume changes.
Where does it ship from?
Our fulfillment facility in Florida. Shipping is billed on a monthly invoice rather than charged per parcel, so you get one line to reconcile instead of one per order. Dispatch timing is set in your account terms rather than promised on this page.
