UPS Ground ships free on 3 or more vials or on orders of $100 or more, UPS 2-Day at $250 or more and UPS Next Day Air at $600 or more (products after discounts; water does not count). Below those, UPS Ground is $20, UPS 2-Day $15 and UPS Next Day Air $60. Checkout preselects a free service when your order has one (UPS 2-Day before UPS Ground); otherwise it preselects the cheapest service. Each free line is judged on what you pay for the products after every discount (a code, a deal, a referral); bacteriostatic water does not count toward it. Active subscriptions ship with no separate shipping charge.
Handling
Lyophilized peptides are packed for stable transit at ambient temperatures over the shipping window. Every product page carries a Storage & handling section, and where your lot’s Certificate of Analysis is published, it carries that lot’s storage notes.
Processing time
We ship the same business day. Order by 2 PM ET on a business day and it ships the same day; after 2 PM it ships the next business day. Any order paid by 2:00 PM ET on a business day leaves our fulfillment partner that day; anything paid after the cutoff ships the next business day. Card payment is taken at checkout, so the same-day clock starts when you place the order.
