Handling
Lyophilized peptides are packed for stable transit at ambient temperatures over the shipping window. Storage instructions and reconstitution guidance ship with every order.
Processing time
We ship the same business day. Any order whose payment has cleared by 2:00 PM ET on a business day leaves our fulfillment partner that day; anything clearing after the cutoff ships the next business day. Card and PayPal payments clear instantly. ACH and wire clear in 1–3 business days, and the same-day clock starts when those funds land, not when the order is placed.
