Promotion Terms

1. Overview

These terms govern all current promotional offers from Bench Grade Peptides LLC (“Bench Grade,” “we,” “us”). Promotions apply only to qualifying orders placed through benchgradepeptides.com and are subject to the Terms of Sale. All products are sold as research-grade analytical reference standards for laboratory research use only.

2. BENCH200 — Negotiated Special Pricing

• Apply promo code BENCH200 at checkout.
• Issued to specific accounts at our discretion. Code substitutes per-SKU prices with negotiated pricing for the duration of a single order.
• Code is single-use per recipient. Customer-specific eligibility applies; the code will be rejected at checkout for accounts that were not issued the code.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional code or auto-discount in the same order.

4. Free standard shipping over $100

• Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more (after any applicable promo code or auto-discount) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
• Standard shipping is free on every order. Expedited options (2-Day, Overnight, Priority) are charged at their flat rates and are not free at any order size.
• Subscription orders are exempt from standard shipping fees at any subtotal.

5. Bulk pricing and bundle stacks

Volume pricing is published per vial on every product card. Ordering more units of the same item moves that line into a lower per-vial bracket automatically at checkout — no code is required, and the price you see on the card is the price you pay.

Bundle stacks are curated multi-vial sets sold at a fixed bundle price shown on the stack. The bundle price is applied automatically when the cart contains that stack’s items. If published bulk pricing already costs less than the bundle price, the order is charged the lower amount.

Bulk pricing, bundle prices, and the BENCH200 promo code are mutually exclusive — an order receives whichever produces the larger saving, never a combination. Prices may be updated from time to time; current values are always those shown on the catalog product cards and in the checkout summary.

6. Modifications and cancellation

Bench Grade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Promotion codes are void where prohibited and have no cash value. Bench Grade is not responsible for typographical errors. In the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation, Bench Grade reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the original payment method without applying the promotional discount.

7. Refunds and returns

Promotional discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable as cash. Refunds for promotional orders are issued at the discounted price actually paid.

8. Research-use-only certification

All promotional purchases are subject to the same research-use-only certification as standard orders. Products are sold as analytical reference standards for in vitro laboratory research only and are not intended for human or animal use. See the Compliance page for the full RUO statement.
