How it works

1. 01
   Decide what you actually are

   A research-use-only supplier is a different business from a wellness brand, and the difference decides your copy, your processor, your ad options and your legal exposure. Pick deliberately, then write everything to match. Most brands that get into trouble drifted across this line by accident, one product description at a time.

   Solve payments before product

   Find out what you can actually charge with, and what happens if that rail disappears. Most new brands discover this in month three, after inventory is paid for. Manual rails — wire, ACH, crypto — are slower but far harder to switch off than a card processor that reviews your account and declines to keep it.

   Source supply and testing together

   The supplier and the Certificate of Analysis are one decision, not two. A cheap vial with a COA from a lab that also sold you the material is not third-party tested, and the whole trust proposition of this category rests on that distinction.

   Label, then prove it

   Artwork on the vial, a per-lot COA under your name, and a way for a customer to verify it. Verification is the differentiator most new brands skip, and it is the one experienced buyers check first.

   Write compliant copy from day one

   Retrofitting compliance across a live catalog is far more expensive than writing it correctly once. Every claim about what a compound does for a person is a claim you have to defend.
