Your privacy choices

We work with a visitor-identification partner (Customers.ai). When you browse this site, a script on the page can match your browser against an identity graph that partner maintains and tell us an email address for your visit — even though you never gave us one. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act that counts as sharing personal information, so you get to say no.

What we do with it

If a partner identifies you, we may send you two emails: one saying what we sell and pointing you at our certificate-of-analysis library, and one follow-up. That is the whole sequence. You are added to a separate list, sent from a separate sending address, and you are not put on our newsletter or our campaign calendar unless you click something and tell us you want to be there.

Every one of those emails carries a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. We do not sell your address to anybody.

Where it runs, and where it never does

The identification script runs by default on our ordinary browsing pages — the homepage, the catalog, product pages, the COA library, guides, our sale pages and the checkout form — and it stops the moment you opt out below. It is never loaded on your account pages, the wholesale portal, sign-in and sign-up pages, the page you land on after paying, your order confirmation, or our admin, whatever this setting says. And it is never loaded at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal — we treat GPC as an opt-out on its own, with no prompt and no second question. A GPC signal you switch on mid-visit is picked up on your next page or navigation, not mid-page.

A browser script cannot be un-run once it has started, so we do not rely on removing it. When you opt out below, we reload this page so it comes back without the script running at all. Any other tabs you have open here stop on their next page load. And if the script is running in a tab and you go to your account, a sign-in page or your order confirmation, we load that page afresh rather than switching to it inside the same tab, so it arrives in a browser page the partner has never touched. You may notice a brief extra load on the way into your account or after paying; that is this, working.

Opting out is remembered in this browser and does not expire. We do not ask you again, and rewording this page never switches it back on.
