What we sell
- What does "Research Use Only" (RUO) mean?
- Every product on this site is supplied for laboratory research only. RUO materials are not drugs. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, are not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or in-vivo experimental use, and are not dietary supplements. By accepting delivery you certify research-only intent and assume full responsibility for compliant handling. See our Compliance & RUO page for the full statement.
- Do I need a license to order?
- For the SKUs we currently carry, no DEA license is required (we do not stock scheduled compounds). At checkout you certify that you are an adult and ordering for laboratory research use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that does not meet the certification.
- How do I know what I received is what I ordered?
- Every lot is HPLC-verified and traceable to a per-lot Certificate of Analysis. Email admin@benchgradepeptides.com for any other COA-related question. The per-lot Certificate of Analysis itself is published on each product page and in the COA library, and the lot number and QR code on the vial label open that lot’s certificate — no need to email for a routine COA.
Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit and debit cards (and Link, Stripe’s saved-card checkout). You pay on Stripe’s secure form right on the checkout page, and the order enters processing as soon as the payment goes through.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Yes. Card details are entered in Stripe’s secure payment form and go straight to Stripe — they never touch Bench Grade Peptides’ servers, and we never store them. Every order is covered by our 30-day refund policy.
Shipping
- How long does shipping take?
- Orders paid before 2:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day; anything after that goes out the next business day. UPS 2-Day takes 2 business days, UPS Ground 4–5 business days, and UPS Next Day Air arrives the next business day. We’ll email a tracking link the moment your box leaves our fulfillment partner.
- How much is shipping?
- UPS Ground ships free on orders of $100 or more, UPS 2-Day at $250 or more and UPS Next Day Air at $500 or more (products after discounts; water does not count). Below those, UPS Ground is $20, UPS 2-Day $25 and UPS Next Day Air $60. Orders ship from Florida, within the United States only. Shipping details.
- How are peptides packed for shipping?
- Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures across the transit window (UPS Ground, the slowest service, takes 4–5 business days). Storage notes are on every product page, and the per-lot COA carries reconstituted shelf-life — typically 2–8°C refrigerated short-term and –20°C for 6+ months.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Not at this time. We ship within the United States only, by UPS. We ship by UPS only, which can't deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- What if my package is damaged or missing?
- Email admin@benchgradepeptides.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace damaged vials at no charge.
Account & Orders
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. Checkout works as a guest. After you submit, we email a one-click magic link that signs you in to view, edit, or pay for the order — no password required. You can set a password later under Account → Security if you prefer.
- Can I edit my shipping address or cancel before paying?
- Yes. Sign in, open the order, and use the “Edit shipping address” or “Cancel order” button on the pay-now panel. Both are disabled once the order is funded — at that point email us to coordinate.
- Refund policy?
- Unopened, unshipped orders can be cancelled by the researcher at any time before payment; once paid, we’ll refund on request to the original payment method. Once shipped, we replace damaged or mis-shipped product but cannot accept returns of opened RUO chemicals.
