Whose name is on the vial?

Yours. The label is your artwork, the Certificate of Analysis is re-issued under your name against the same lot and the same independent test data, and nothing in the package identifies us. What you are buying is the supply, the testing and the paperwork behind it, not our brand.

Will you sell to our customers behind our back?

No, and it is written into the supply agreement rather than promised on a page. Section 13 makes Client Customer data your data: we process it only to fulfill and support your orders, and we are barred from marketing to your customers, from selling or disclosing the data, and from soliciting them for our own account — during the term and after it ends. Section 19 is reciprocal non-circumvention. We also do not impose a non-compete on you.

What is white label peptide supply?

A supply arrangement in which a manufacturing partner synthesizes and fills the material, an independent laboratory tests each lot, and the buyer sells it under their own brand. The vial carries your label, a lot with a published certificate can have it re-issued under your name, and you never operate a laboratory.

What does the white-label service include?

Account setup and a written price sheet, a label proof on the actual vial, Certificates of Analysis re-issued under your brand for lots that have one (confirmed for your account before you order), the wholesale portal for orders and stock, and the fulfillment model you choose — ship blank, ship labeled, or we fulfill to your customers. The account and everything built on it are yours.

Do I need my own lab or facility?

No. Synthesis and fill happen at US facilities run by our manufacturing partner, and each lot is tested by an independent US laboratory. You need a brand, a way to sell, and a way to receive inventory — or none of the last if we fulfill for you.

Is white label the same as private label?

In this market the two terms usually describe the same arrangement: an existing, validated preparation supplied under your brand. The real distinction is against contract manufacturing, where you specify a product that does not exist yet. Which compounds can I white label?

Most of the research catalog. The price sheet written for your account lists exactly which lines and vial sizes are available to you and the per-vial price of each, so nothing is left to a public list that may not match your account.

Can I use my own boxes or packaging?

Yes. Ship your custom boxes or packaging to the fulfillment facility and your orders go out in them. The details are agreed when the account is set up, before the first order ships.

What is a second-brand Certificate of Analysis?

The same lot, the same independent laboratory data, re-issued under your brand name. It is the document your customers see. It is confirmed with our manufacturing partner before any account ships.

Who designs the label?

You do, or your designer does. We return a printed proof on the actual vial before a production run, because label artwork that reads well on a screen frequently does not read well on a 5mm curved surface.

Does anything in the package identify Bench Grade Peptides?

No. Vials, inserts and outer packaging carry your branding only.

Is my customer list safe with you?

It is contractually protected. Section 13 makes Client Customer data your data; we process it only to fulfill and support your orders, and are barred from marketing to those customers, selling or disclosing the records, or soliciting them for our own account — during the term and after it ends.

What is the minimum order?

It is set per account, against your volume and your fulfillment model, and paid up front. A stocking account we hold and ship against your name carries a higher opening order than a bulk account you label yourself.

How long does the first order take?

The price sheet comes back within one business day. Lead time on the first production run depends on the compounds and the label proof cycle, and is stated in writing before you commit.
