What counts as bulk?

Anything past the public ladder, which reaches its deepest published bracket at 100 vials of one SKU (one peptide, one vial size). Below that, the catalog ladder is open to everyone and applies automatically at checkout.

Where do the peptides ship from?

Domestically. Synthesis, fill and finish are US-based, and orders ship inside the United States rather than clearing customs.

What testing comes with each lot?

HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity by an independent laboratory that does not sell you the material, with the Certificate of Analysis traceable to the lot you received.

Is quantity counted per SKU or across the order?

Per SKU on the public ladder: 25 vials of the same peptide in the same vial size reach the first bracket. Two sizes of one peptide count separately, so 12 of one size and 13 of another do not, and neither does a split across two peptides. Account pricing is written against your total volume instead.

Can I get pricing without applying?

The public ladder is published in full on the bulk pricing page and needs no account. Account pricing is written per operator, so it needs the volume and fulfillment answers first.

Do you supply research institutions?

Yes. Purchase orders and institutional billing are handled on the same account structure.
