First responder discount

First responder discount: 15% off for police, fire, EMS and dispatch.

If you serve as a police officer, firefighter, EMT, paramedic or 911 dispatcher, you save 15% on every order — on top of sale pricing. Verify once in your account with a photo of a recent pay stub, a current certification or a department letter.

Not included: children, parents and other family members; corrections officers, federal law enforcement and former first responders.

How verification works

  1. Step 1

Open your account. The discount is tied to it, so it applies wherever you check out.

  2. Step 2

    Upload one document

Choose "First responder" and send a photo of a recent pay stub, a current certification or a department letter. We review uploads within 2 business days.

  3. Step 3

    Save 15% at checkout

Once approved, the discount applies automatically when you're signed in — for 12 months, renewable.

What you can upload

No badges or credentials. Don't upload a badge, a law-enforcement credential or any federal agency ID — federal law restricts copying federal IDs and insignia. Use one of the documents below instead.

First responder
  • Agency pay stub (last 90 days)
  • Current state EMS or NREMT card
  • Current firefighter certification
  • Department letter (last 90 days)

Cover every Social Security number, DoD ID number and bank account or routing number before you take the photo. Photos or screenshots only (JPEG, PNG or WebP). Have a PDF? Take a screenshot of each page.

Your privacy

Only our review team sees your photos. We delete them once we decide — or 14 days after you upload if we haven't — normally within the hour, and keep only a note of the document type and our decision. Photos are stored privately — no one outside our review team can open them — and nothing from them is copied into your account.

How it combines

It applies automatically at checkout when you're signed in, on top of sale pricing. It can be smaller on a few deeply discounted orders, shipping isn't discounted, and it doesn't apply to wholesale accounts or to orders of only bacteriostatic water.

Questions

Do volunteer firefighters qualify?

Yes. Volunteer firefighters qualify the same as career firefighters — a current firefighter certification or a dated letter on your department's letterhead is usually the easiest proof.

What can a police officer or 911 dispatcher upload?

A pay stub from your agency dated in the last 90 days with your Social Security number and bank details covered, or a letter on department letterhead dated in the last 90 days that names you and your role. Never a badge or a credential.

Can EMTs and paramedics use their certification?

Yes — a current state EMS certification card or NREMT card, showing your name, level and expiry date.

How long does it last?

12 months from approval. In the 30 days before it ends you can upload a current document to keep it going. We review uploads within 2 business days.
