September Drawing — Official Rules
Effective: September 13, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING: THE FREE ENTRY ROUTE CAN EARN AT LEAST AS MANY ENTRIES AS THE PURCHASE ROUTE, AND EVERY ENTRY HAS THE SAME ODDS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Bench Grade Peptides LLC, Dover, Delaware, United States (“Sponsor”). This drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any payment processor, advertising platform, or social network.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry period
Begins September 13, 2026 at 5:00 am ET and ends September 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries are earned by orders funded during the Entry Period; an order funded before it earns none, whenever it was placed.
4. How to enter
Purchase entries. Each $300.00 of merchandise (after discounts, before shipping) in orders placed on benchgradepeptides.com and funded during the Entry Period under one email address earns one (1) entry, up to a maximum of 10 purchase entries per person. Cancelled, refunded, or unpaid orders do not count. Entries are counted at the close of the Entry Period. The cap applies per person: Sponsor may consolidate entries that share a shipping address or payment identity, and may disqualify entries made under multiple email addresses to exceed it.
Free entries (no purchase necessary). Sign in to a free, email-verified Bench Grade account and submit the form at benchgradepeptides.com/giveaway. One (1) free entry per person per calendar day (ET) during the Entry Period — eighteen days, so the free route can earn more entries than the purchase route. One person may use one email address. Each free entry has exactly the same odds as a purchase entry.
5. Prize
One (1) prize: a 6-vial kit — any vials, any size, chosen by the winner from Sponsor’s catalogue at the time of the draw. Approximate retail value $600.00. No cash alternative or substitution, except by Sponsor if a chosen item is unavailable. All products are analytical reference standards for laboratory research use only and are subject to Sponsor’s Terms of Sale.
6. Winner selection and odds
On or about October 1, 2026 all eligible entries are frozen and one entry is selected at random by a computer-generated ticket, each entry having an equal chance. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The draw and every subsequent step are recorded and confirmed by Sponsor before notification.
7. Notification and forfeiture
The potential winner is notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw and must respond within seven (7) days with a US shipping address and confirmation of eligibility. Failure to respond, or ineligibility, forfeits the prize; the forfeited entrant is removed and an alternate winner is drawn at random from the same frozen entries.
8. Privacy
Entry information is used only to administer the drawing and to contact the winner, and is handled under Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Free entries are not added to any marketing list.
9. General
By entering you agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these rules. Winner’s name (first name and state) may be provided on request where required by law.
