What you can upload
No military ID cards. Don't upload a CAC, military ID or dependent ID card — federal law restricts copying them. Use one of the documents below instead.
- Active duty
- Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) from the last 90 days
- Current orders
- Veteran
- DD-214 (Member-4 or Service-2 copy)
- VA Health Identification Card (VHIC)
- VA benefit summary or award letter
- Driver's licence or state ID with a Veteran designation
- Reserve or National Guard
- NGB-22 (National Guard Report of Separation)
- Current orders
- Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) from the last 90 days
- Military spouse
- Orders (PCS / assignment) that name you as a dependent
- Two documents: marriage certificate + your spouse's document
Cover every Social Security number and DoD ID number before you take the photo. Photos or screenshots only (JPEG, PNG or WebP). Have a PDF? Take a screenshot of each page.
Your privacy
Only our review team sees your photos. We delete them once we decide — or 14 days after you upload if we haven't — normally within the hour, and keep only a note of the document type and our decision. Photos are stored privately — no one outside our review team can open them — and nothing from them is copied into your account.
How it combines
It stacks: the military discount is applied automatically on top of sale pricing and other offers, to your order after those discounts. Shipping isn’t discounted. On a few deeply discounted orders it can be smaller. It doesn’t apply to wholesale accounts or to orders of only bacteriostatic water.
