Two identical phase 3 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials (RECONNECT) in 1267 premenopausal women with HSDD; subcutaneous bremelanotide 1.75 mg as-needed vs placebo over 24 weeks. Primary endpoints: FSFI desire and FSDS-DAO item 13.
