Summary
Phase 3 double-blind randomized trial (SUSTAIN-6) in 3297 adults with type 2 diabetes and high cardiovascular risk; once-weekly subcutaneous semaglutide 0.5 or 1.0 mg vs placebo, 104 weeks. Primary endpoint: composite cardiovascular death, nonfatal MI, nonfatal stroke.
