Reviews
How we handle reviews
Who can leave one
Only customers we can match to a delivered order. Every review is tied to a real order in our system, and we check that the product being reviewed was actually on it. There is no way to leave a review without having bought and received the item.
What we ask about
An overall star rating and three more: quality (the vial, its packaging and how it matched the certificate), shipping, and your customer experience — each with room for a short note, plus anything else you want to say, and photos of your order if you like. We deliberately do not ask whether a product “worked”: everything we sell is for laboratory and research use, and it would be wrong of us to invite claims about personal results we then publish.
We publish every review, good or bad
A complete review goes up as soon as you submit it. Nobody approves it first, and a low rating is never a reason for anything. If we were slow, if the box arrived crushed, if nobody answered your email — that gets published, and it should.
Your star ratings are always published exactly as you gave them. You can change your review for 7 days using the same link.
What we take out of the text
The same rules for every review, whatever it says about us:
- Health, dosing and personal-use statements
- Descriptions of personal results, symptoms, doses, schedules or how a product was used — positive or negative. Our catalog is research-use-only material and we can't publish outcome or use claims about it, however sincere. The sentence is replaced with “[removed: health claim]”.
- Personal information
- Email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, tracking numbers and links — yours or anyone else's. Replaced with “[removed: personal info]”.
- Profanity and slurs
- Replaced with “[removed: profanity]”. The rest of what you said stays.
- Prescription drug names
- Brand-name prescription drugs are replaced with “[removed: drug name]”; comparisons with them are treated as a health claim.
We never rewrite what you said: something is either published as written or visibly marked as removed. If you describe a bad reaction, we take it off the page but we don't ignore it — we read it and follow up with you.
When a review can be taken down
Only for one of these reasons, each logged with a note:
- Fraud
- A fake or bought review, or one not written by the buyer.
- Not a verified purchase
- A review that turns out not to match a real, delivered order.
- Spam
- Advertising or automated content.
- Illegal content
- Threats, harassment, or content counsel tells us is unlawful.
- A legal request
- A court order or valid takedown.
- Your request
- If you ask us to take your own review down.
We keep a count of reviews published and removed at every star rating, so if we ever started removing bad reviews it would show up as a number.
Photos
Photos appear after a quick check for personal details and safety, and only that. We don't publish a photo that shows a face or an ID, a name, address or shipping label, nudity, a health, dosing or use claim (for example, an injection), something that isn't the order, illegal content. A photo of a damaged parcel is published like any other. We remove location and camera data from every photo before we store it.
Disclosure
Some reviews on this site carry the note “Thanked with a free vial after reviewing” (or “Offered a free vial as thanks after reviewing”). It means that, after the review was published, we thanked its writer with a free vial on a later order. The review was not asked for in exchange, the thank-you did not depend on what it said or on a photo, and the note is shown on every such review.
If a reviewer is a member of staff, an affiliate, a wholesale account, or received their order free or as a replacement, that is labelled on the review itself.
