Pinealon

Pineal-gland-derived synthetic tripeptide studied in cognitive-aging research.

Pinealon is supplied by Bench Grade Peptides as a lyophilized powder in a sealed, lot-numbered vial, for laboratory research use only — not for human or veterinary use.

Its published Certificate of Analysis (lot 00011/0011, analyzed September 20, 2026) is from AV Analytics, a third-party laboratory, and reports 99.78% purity by HPLC; every published lot is listed on the product's COA page. Vials ship at ambient temperature in protective packaging from Florida (Bench Grade Peptides LLC is registered in Dover, Delaware), with storage notes on the lot's certificate.

Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide, Glu-Asp-Arg (C15H26N6O8, 418.40 g/mol). It comes from the short-peptide bioregulator research programme associated with the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology, the same group whose literature covers epitalon and cartalax.

The published work on pinealon is mostly cell-culture and rodent research. Studies from that group report changes in gene-expression markers and in cellular stress readouts after exposure to the tripeptide, and a recurring hypothesis in the literature is that very short peptides can interact directly with chromatin rather than with a cell-surface receptor. Much of this record comes from a small number of laboratories, which is why independent replication remains an open research question.

At three residues, pinealon is one of the smallest compounds in the catalogue and its identity is straightforward to confirm by mass against the expected 418.40 g/mol. Published lot certificates are listed on its COA page. It is supplied for laboratory research use only.

Research use only. Everything on this page describes laboratory research. This compound is supplied strictly for in-vitro research use; it has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA and is not for human or veterinary use, and nothing here is a protocol or a recommendation.
