Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) — the full 44-amino-acid native sequence stabilized with a trans-hexenoic acid modification that protects it from rapid enzymatic cleavage. It acts on the pituitary GHRH receptor, driving pulsatile growth-hormone release that preserves the natural feedback architecture of the axis.
It carries one of the deeper research records in the GHRH family, including substantial human clinical literature around body-composition endpoints — which distinguishes it from most compounds in this catalog and makes it a frequent reference standard in GH-axis study designs.
