Ipamorelin

Selective GHSR-1a agonist pentapeptide. Studied in pulsatile GH-release research.

Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide secretagogue that stimulates growth-hormone release through the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). What made it a fixture of GH-axis research is its selectivity: unlike earlier secretagogues in the GHRP family, ipamorelin triggers GH release without meaningful effects on cortisol, prolactin, or ACTH in the published work.

That clean receptor profile makes it the standard tool compound for isolating GH-specific effects in endocrine research — when a lab needs to move the GH axis without confounding stress-hormone signals, ipamorelin is usually the reagent chosen. It is also studied in combination with GHRH analogs like sermorelin and tesamorelin, which act on the complementary receptor pathway.

Bench Grade stocks ipamorelin as a single compound and in blended form. Every lot ships with HPLC verification and its Certificate of Analysis.

Research use only. Everything on this page describes laboratory research. This compound is supplied strictly for in-vitro research use; it is not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, and nothing here is a protocol or a recommendation.
